Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales / Upselling / Customer Relations

Role Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated Upsell Executive to engage with existing clients, understand their needs, and offer higher-value services or products. The goal is to drive company revenue through strategic upselling and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
  • Analyze client usage and feedback to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Effectively pitch product/service upgrades and premium features.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly upsell targets.
  • Accurately log interactions, leads, and feedback in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine offers.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to add value to client solutions.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in upselling, inside sales, or customer success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client data.
  • Target-oriented with proven results.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative attitude.
